Payment

Payment can be made by any major credit card or debit card. Payment will be debited upon placement of an order. If payment is declined by your card issuer, Arete Health & Fitness accept no responsibility for costs incurred or inconvenience caused by delays or non delivery of ordered goods. For payment by cheque please send to the address at the end of the Terms & Conditions Policy. Please note, Arete Health & Fitness legally retain all merchandise until full payment has been received. For payment by cheque, goods will not be dispatched until cheques have cleared.

Cancellation of Your Order

Orders can be cancelled, which have been placed through our site, within seven working days of their receipt in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Any UK residents who wish to cancel an order under the Distance Selling Regulations should send their order to the address below in their original condition and packaging.

Arete Health & Fitness will not accept any responsibility for damage to, or loss of merchandise which are returned under this Regulation until they are received by us at the address below. It is highly recommended that goods returned be sent by Recorded Delivery or similar means.

It is the responsibility of the customer to fund costs of returning goods to Arete Health & Fitness.

Once goods have been received in original condition, your credit/debit card will be refunded the cost of the order but please note no refund is given for delivery charges paid.

Returns & Refunds

Goods ordered will be replaced or refunded within 30 days on the following terms:

• They are returned in their original condition which must be undamaged and unopened within 30 days with the original receipt.
• They must have been purchased from Arete4life in the last 30 days.
• Any returns must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery.

If products purchased from us are of a different description to original order or faulty, we will replace the products or offer a refund in accordance with the terms above.
