For many years now everyone in the UK has been advised by Dieticians (supposedly, the Elite Nutritionists) not to exceed more than 3 eggs a week to lower and protect cholesterol levels.  Now in 2009 it is being suggested that 3 eggs a day are safe to eat!  Saturated fat is not the cause of heart disease, it never was and never will be.  How can they get it so wrong once again?  It wasnt that long ago that olive oil, nuts and seeds were also being critisised in favour of the high carbohydrate and very low fat diet.  This failed outdated nutritional advice is still being prescribed.  Where your health is concerned always be on your guard and always do your own research.
