STAGE ONE – INITIAL CONSULTATION

• An initial consultation, which will last up to 1 hour, is essential and will be used to gather full details of your medical history, dietary background, current nutrition habits, exercise habits etc, which will in turn provide us with information for your Ultrameal Plan.
• We will also discuss your reasons and motivations for weightloss.
• If after discussions both parties are happy to proceed with the Ultrameal Plan, we would go onto Stage Two.
• IF YOU WOULD LIKE A CONSULTATION PLEASE NOW CHOOSE FROM EITHER OPTION ONE OR TWO BELOW.  PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU BOOK ONLINE WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT which will be held at our offices in Kings Hill, 26 Kings Hill Avenue, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4AE

STAGE TWO – FOUR WEEK ULTRAMEAL PLAN & ONWARDS

• If, after your initial consultation, you decide to proceed with your plan, you can book your four monthly ½ hour appointments, date and time convenient for you.
• At your first ½ hour appointment you will receive your; Ultrameal Plan, your nutritional powder mix, exercise recommendations and any relevant health improvement guidelines;
• Have your initial weigh-in;
• Receive your appointment and weightloss card.
• Your next three ½ hour appointments will consist of your next nutritional powder mix, your weigh-in and guidance on any questions / issues you may have and any relevant changes that may need to be made to your Plan.
